I. Scope of Application
These terms apply to all users who visit lushedge.shop and to consumers who purchase armchairs and related products through this website. Your contractual relationship with this website is governed by these terms, and any other terms are invalid unless confirmed in writing by Christian Lamarre.
II. Products and Prices
Product Information: We make every effort to display the true colors, sizes, and materials of our products, but due to screen differences, the actual product may differ slightly from the image.
Prices: All prices are in Euros and include VAT. Shipping costs will be displayed separately at checkout. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time, but confirmed orders will not be affected.
Inventory: If a product is out of stock after you place your order, we will notify you within one business day and provide a refund or exchange option.
III. Order and Contract Formation
After you submit your order, you will receive a confirmation email. This email is only a notification of receipt of the order and does not constitute a contract formation. The contract is formally established when we ship the goods from our Spanish warehouse. Prior to this, we reserve the right to refuse the order.
IV. Payment Methods
We accept credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. All payments are processed by compliant third parties; we do not store complete payment information.
V. Shipping and Delivery
Order Processing Time: Same day.
Shipping Time: 2 days, starting from the date of shipment.
Shipping Location: Spanish warehouse.
Please check the outer packaging for damage upon receipt. If damaged, please take photos and refuse delivery. The buyer is responsible for any delays caused by incorrect recipient information.
VI. Returns and Refunds
Return Period: Within 30 days of receipt.
Refund Arrival Time: Within 3 days of receiving and confirming the returned goods are in good condition.
Return Conditions: The goods must be unused, undamaged, with original labels intact, original packaging retained, and not affecting resale. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer, except for quality issues.
Items not eligible for return include custom chairs and promotional clearance items, which will be clearly indicated when you place your order.
Return Process: Initiate a return request through Christ.an@lushedge.shop to obtain return authorization and the return address for our Spanish warehouse. Ship the item back and upload the tracking number. We will issue a refund within 3 days of receiving the returned item.
VII. Warranty and After-Sales Service
The frame is covered by a 3-year warranty against non-human-caused damage. The fabric, foam, and hardware are covered by a 6-month warranty. For confirmed issues within the warranty period, we will provide free repair or a replacement of the same model, with shipping costs borne by us.
VIII. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses caused by the use of our products. Compensation for shipping delays is capped at a refund of the shipping cost for that order. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for that order.
IX. User Conduct
You agree not to post illegal, fraudulent, or infringing content, attempt to interfere with the website’s operation, or abuse our return policy while using this website. If you violate these rules, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account.
- Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
This agreement is governed by the laws of Belgium. Dispute resolution procedures: First, contact Christian Lamarre at Christ.an@lushedge.shop for consultation. If the dispute cannot be resolved, you may apply for mediation or litigation with the relevant Belgian legal authorities.
Note: Due to business adjustments and a long-term imbalance between income and expenditure, all goods are now being cleared out at a loss, regardless of cost. All items are being sold at low prices until supplies last. Please be aware of this before purchasing.
