I. Shipping and Processing Time

Order processing time is the same day. All orders will be processed and shipped from our Spanish warehouse on the same day they are placed.

After your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking number.

II. Shipping Time

Shipping time is 2 days, starting from the shipping date.

Most European areas can be delivered within 2 days. Remote areas may experience delays of 1-2 days; we will provide this information via address verification before you place your order.

In the event of holidays or extreme weather conditions, shipping time may be extended; we will notify you promptly via email.

III. Shipping Location and Carrier

All orders are shipped from our Spanish warehouse.

The carrier will be one of the following logistics companies, depending on the delivery area: GLS, DHL, or Correos EspaƱa.

We reserve the right to select the most suitable carrier based on order weight, volume, and destination.

IV. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs will be automatically calculated and displayed on the checkout page based on your shipping address and the weight of your goods.

During some promotional periods, shipping fees may be reduced or set at a fixed amount; please refer to the activity page for details.

V. Receiving Instructions

Please be sure to check the outer packaging for damage upon receipt.

If the outer packaging shows obvious damage, crushing, or signs of tampering, please:

Take photos or record an unpacking video on the spot.

If you find the contents damaged, you may refuse to accept the package on the spot.

Contact Christian Lamarre at Christ.an@lushedge.shop within 24 hours of signing for the package, providing photos and your order number.

If delivery is delayed or fails due to an incorrect, incomplete, or unreachable address provided by the recipient, the buyer will be responsible for all related liabilities and additional shipping costs.

VI. Unsuccessful Delivery

If the carrier’s delivery attempt fails (e.g., no one to sign for the package, incorrect address), the goods will be returned to the local courier network or the Spanish warehouse.

Additional shipping fees may apply for redelivery; the specific amount will be provided in advance.

For orders with multiple failed deliveries or returned items, the incurred shipping fees will be deducted from the refund.

VII. Shipping Insurance

All orders are covered by basic loss and damage insurance during transit.

In the event of loss during transit, please contact Christian Lamarre immediately. We will assist you in claiming compensation from the carrier and, depending on the circumstances, arrange for a replacement or full refund.

VIII. Special Notes on International Shipping

For orders outside of Spain, you may be required to pay import duties or VAT according to local customs regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order amount.

We cannot predict the specific customs policies of each country; we recommend consulting your local customs office before placing an order.

Delays caused by customs clearance are not covered by our shipping commitments.

IX. Changes to Shipping Terms

We reserve the right to update these shipping terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to you via email or a notice on the website homepage.
