I. Refund Application Scenarios

These refund terms apply to the following situations:

Return Request: You request a return within 30 days of receiving the goods.

Out-of-Stock Refund: The product is out of stock after you placed your order and cannot be reshipped.

Quality Issue: The product has a manufacturing defect or is damaged during transportation.

Order Cancellation: You request to cancel the order before it has been shipped.

II. Refund Arrival Time

After we receive the returned goods and confirm they are in good condition, the refund will be completed within 3 days.

The refund will be returned via the original payment method. The specific arrival time depends on the processing speed of your bank or payment platform.

For order cancellation requests that have not yet been shipped, the refund will be initiated within 3 days after the cancellation is confirmed.

III. Refund Calculation

Damage during transportation

Unable to ship due to our reasons

Meets return conditions and the product is intact

Partial Refund: Applicable to the following situations:

Unused product with minor defects and you agree to retain it (refund proportionally agreed)

Original packaging missing or not seriously affecting resale

No Refund: Applicable to the following situations:

Used, damaged, or with incomplete labels or packaging

Custom chairs or promotional clearance items

Return period exceeds 30 days

Due to buyer’s personal preferences (e.g., color difference, size deviation within reasonable product range) and the product has been opened and used

IV. Return and Refund Process

Step 1: Contact Christian Lamarre at Christ.an@lushedge.shop, submitting the order number, reason for return, and photos of the product.

Step 2: Obtain return authorization and the return address for the Spanish warehouse.

Step 3: Ship the product back and upload the tracking number.

Step 4: We will inspect the condition of the returned product.

Step 5: Initiate a refund within 3 days after confirming everything is correct.

Step 6: You will receive a refund notification.

V. Shipping Fee Refund Rules

For returns not due to quality issues: Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer; shipping costs incurred on the original order will not be refunded.

For returns due to quality issues or reasons attributable to us: Return shipping costs are borne by us; shipping costs incurred on the original order will be refunded along with the product.

Partial Refunds: Shipping costs will be processed proportionally based on the actual order situation.

VI. Out-of-Stock and Order Cancellation Refunds

If the product is out of stock after you place your order, we will notify you within 1 business day and proactively initiate a full refund. The refund will arrive within 3 days.

You can apply for cancellation at any time before the order is shipped. After confirmation of cancellation, the refund will arrive within 3 days.

If you apply for cancellation after the order has been shipped, it will be processed according to the return procedure, and the refund will be arranged after the goods are returned.

VII. Payment Methods and Refund Paths

Credit Card or Debit Card: Refund will be returned to the original card. The arrival time depends on the issuing bank.

PayPal: Refund will be returned to the original PayPal account. It usually arrives within 3 days.

Bank Transfer: Receiving account information is required. The refund will be sent out within 3 days. The arrival time depends on the bank’s processing speed.

IX. Malicious Refunds and Abuse Policy

Returned goods not matching the sold goods

Requesting a refund for quality issues after human-caused damage

If abuse is discovered, we have the right to suspend your account and refuse subsequent orders.
